The Design Den – Real Estate Design

For years the Design Den helped developers promote their homes, condominiums, townhomes and apartments through logos, brochures, signage and sales office graphics. These days Denise is encouraging developers to build smaller, green homes that use less energy, and incorporate lush greenbelts and walking paths that are available for the use of residents and the surrounding neighborhood (for better community relations).

Before Denise started the Design Den she worked as an art director for a real estate publishing firm. Those advertisers and the publisher encouraged Denise to start her own studio, and they formed her initial client base. She is thankful to them.
